Latvian Architecture Award 2022
The exposition Kerbedz: Following The Engineering Ideas has received the Latvian Architecture Award 2022 Finalist's prize! Altogether, 38 projects were submitted for the prestigious prize this year. From these, 16 works were selected by the national jury. The Latvian Architecture Awards is an annual national competition with the aim of identifying and promoting the best accomplishments of Latvian architecture and stimulating the development of high-quality architecture. It is the largest event in Latvian architecture, recognized as a nationally significant occasion, and the award itself is the highest accolade in Latvian architecture. The Latvian Architecture Awards have been organized every year by the Latvian Association of Architects since 1995.
National Design Award of Latvia 2021
Wicker Pavilion at Annecy Paysages has received National Design Award of Latvia 2021. The National Design Award of Latvia is a national design industry competition with the aim of identifying, evaluating and popularizing the best works of Latvian designers, promoting the application of Latvian-created design and the long-term development and growth of the Latvian design industry.
The competition is the largest annual event in Latvian design, which is recognized as a nationally important event, and the award itself is the highest award in the Latvian design industry. The competition is open to both organizations and individuals.
